[FFmpeg-devel] [Patch] Predict the size of various simple tags in the MOV muxer

The attached patch improves the following functions in movenc.c by
avoiding one or more url_ftell()/updateSize() combos:
mov_write_itunes_hdlr_tag(), mov_write_string_data_tag() and
mov_write_trkn_tag().

Patch passes regression tests.

This is the first in a series of patches for the MOV muxer, hence its
name. Also, I left out cosmetic changes for now.
