Again a naming consideration:
concat.c
URLProtocol urlconcat_protocol = {
"cat",
REGISTER_PROTOCOL (URLCONCAT, urlconcat);

I suggest to use "concat" ("urlconcat" seems too long) for all of
these, should be less confusing.
