I don't know myself how things should be done on that matter yet, so I'm
out, at least for this year.

Still, I'm of course available to make some reviews when I'm able to; for
instance I may help on a MicroDVD decoder (which would be welcome), and
maybe some other formats. Unfortunately at the moment what is (IMO) really
needed is an integration in lavfi (which I'm somehow already working on,
even though some help is still welcome).
