So what you are suggesting is that users that currently use
libavcodec and libfdk under LGPLv3 will not be allowed to
download binary distributions of the (small) wrapper in the
future?
Or does your legal expertise believe that it is currently
illegal to distribute libavcodec with the wrapper and LGPLv3
(and libfdk which would be needed to use this libavcodev)?
