Sorry, I missed / misunderstood this before:
This is not true for FFmpeg, we believe that linking libavcodec 
against libfdk does not violate the LGPL (if it does, it would 
of course make no difference to change the license from "LGPLv2+" 
to "LGPLv2" or any other license that allows to distribute the 
source code).
