Ugh...
You found a but that neither I nor patchwork didn't find. Nice work on your
end :)
Now I'm not compiling on mingw but apparently patchwork isn't either. It
currently has 8 builds for this patch that all pass just fine.
I'll send a V12 within a few hours of this mail that hopefully fixes it.
It's a bit of a shot in the dark as I don't have windows not mingw here to
test so I hope you could give it a compile test on your end.
