Thanks for screening this. I will re-read the method when I get to my
computer but if I recall  correctly there are other exit paths in the
surrounding lines of the method that could trigger a leak on the stream
also.  If so I will follow up with a more comprehensive solution.

Will hold off on pushing for now.
