I could argue with you about this. And I'd rather you didn't call such
lists "inherently broken" and their maintainers "some idiots". What if
these addresses really are dynamic or dial-up? Besides, dial-up users
have no legitimate purpose for sending mail direct-to-MX. They should
use their ISP's SMTP server, in which case such block doesn't affect them.
