i seriously doubt this is an issue, since basically _all_ divx rips
you'll download have keyint at least 200 and often 300, and i expect
that's what these hardware players are made for...
anyway encoding-tips.txt is very outdated and dumb, but imo it's wrong
to patch mistakes in it since it's presenting itself as quotations
from email conversations.
