I seriously think it is an issue, as I do own two divx standalones one with
ESS Vibratto S chip (Centrum Gemini 330) and one with Mediatek MT1389GE chip
(Elta 8883 MP4). Both have problems with long keyframe intervals (like in
pans and stuff). Dunno about ESS Vibratto II and Sigma MPEG4 chipsets.
