As suggested by Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski, I tested it on i386+NX
bit enabled, and it works well.
I'll test that patch under AMD-64 too.

This patch is supposed to fix issues when running mplayer in an
environment which places restrictions against executable stack. One
such environment is the SElinux strict policy, part of Fedora Core. So
people who run such systems should give it a testrun.
