Uoti patches should be reviewed before they are committed.
That's the only way he can't commit more deliberately broken code.

There is no need to keep many local trees when we can have one central
fixed tree, using mphq repository/branch.

Or, we can give uau separate repository where he can develop MPlayer
on his own, as he obviously doesn't need the other developers.
