[MPlayer-dev-eng] encoding tips and Perl scripts

Hi.

I noticed that you included our thread about the encoding advices along
with my Perl scripts. I took the liberty to restore calcbpp.pl to a
sane state (I don't know why all the linebreaks were turned into simple
dots (.), but the mail in the archive simply looks that way). I also
added a note about DVD resolutions that are not 720x576.
