So send a patch for this --install-docs switch, and the patch should do the
Hungarian -> hu mapping, etc.

No. The manpage is installed to system-wide location.

The manpage translations (few of them) SHOULD BE also installed to system-wide
location. (anybody sends a patch? seru?)
