but ;-) i think the _real_ panscan interactive feature
would be to choose the scanning 4:3 region with the keyboard ...
the vertical "crop" setup may be set on the commandline,
regarding the constant cinemascope type .. 16:9 ..
then .. it would be funny to record the result,
or just the panscan interaction,
while "editing" the scan regions ;-)
