[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Another pan&scan update

Ok, a few more issues resolved now :)

1. Movie-height was incorrectly calculated if the player was switched
from windowed to fullscreen with a pan&scan-value greater than zero.
This was caused by the usage of vo_dheight in panscan_calc(), which
wasn't refreshed between vo_x11_fullscreen() and panscan_calc().
aspect() is now instead used to get the correct fullscreen-size.

2. Parameter 'panscan' was not reflected in the display when the
player was started in fullscreen-mode. A call to panscan_calc() has
been added at the end of Xv and xvidix config().

Somebody could have a look at making the appropriate changes for
xvidix as was done for Xv yesterday (to handle switching from full-
screen to windowed, look at vo_xv/control() ). I won't do it, as I
can't test it properly on my setup.
