Hi,

wohoo, my second patch:

I experienced this problem with my xinerama-setup:
I have a TV (800x600) left of my TFT (1280x1024). When I start mplayer with -xineramascreen 1 (the tv), everything works fine, I can switch between fullscreen and normal and it always stays within the tv screen. But when I start mplayer wit -xineramascreen 0 (the tft), it starts in the right position (800,0), but whenever I change from or to fullscreen it moves to (0,0) (with fullscreen) or the center of a 1280x1024-screen _at_ (0,0) (windowed).

The fix is very simple and straightforwarded: vo_x11_xinerama_move has to be called by vo_x11_fulscreen.
