Currently it only reads the palette from the IFO.  With the patch 
I send a few days ago, it reads info from the IFO then overrides 
it with whatever it finds in the IDX, i.e. the IDX takes 
precedence over the IFO.  I think this is good because the IDX is 
a text file so you can edit it to suit your needs.

BTW I did not receive any negative about the patch so I'll be 
commiting it soon.
