Ok I was talking bullshit :) I have a hangover, maybe that's why :)
So, the problem is that the panscan goes back to 0 on the second file.
This itself is a "bug" (actually I presume it is known, and will be worked on
later), but why isn't the "colorkeyed" field reduced too?

I did. Of course it's the same.

mplayer -vo xv -fixed-vo 16-9-movie.avi 16-9-movie.avi ...
