[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] panscan doesn't work properly with -fixed-vo (Xv)

Just started mplayer -fixed-vo -vo xv *avi on the machine besides mine,
(Nightwish videos:) and pushed panscan a bit, to look nice. When MPlayer
changed to the next file, the black bands outside the movie became
blue coloured (the colorkey).

That was on a Savage4 card, I'll test later with Gef2.
