[MPlayer-dev-eng] merge/split subtitles

It would be great if the -sub option could take multiple subtitle files.
This could have the benefit to merge split subtitles from a movie that 
had 2 CD's for the same movie that has only one CD while re-dumping them.
Also a -splitsub option comes to mind taking a timer or the frame #.

If someone is already at this or (more important) if such a option 
already exists (I'd read the RTFM) then please let me know. If not I'll 
take care of it.
