Hi,

okay, commited lot'o stuff from it:
 * configure, makfile part
 * timer stuff (renamed it to timer-macosx.c becouse timer-core could
   confuse the users)

and the others remaining: ad/vd (demux_mov is ok, but no sense to commit
before ad/vd commit)

One question! Could you make _two_ separate patches of the reamining
parts? One with the _real_ changes and one with your cosmetics.

We would like to commit the cosmetics too, but only in two parts
to have better cvslog (diffs).
