[MPlayer-dev-eng] Quicktime on Mac OS X

could you PLEASE separate cosmetics, warnings and OSX dependant patches?

i'm about applying the OSX part to 0_90 tree, but only that.
if you change anything outside of the #ifdef OSX i won't apply.
