hm, but without patch, gmplayer doesn't even accept an on the fly-playlist ...

Perhaps Albeu/Pontscho thought that nobody who is seriously using the gui, 
wants to use this ...

However it seems to be broken, by design, because I would expect to have such 
playtree then in GUI-playlist (either append it or overwrite) ...

I'll try to fix it ...
