[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] change alsa-mixer from command-line

hi,


this patch allows the user to specify the alsa-mixer ( using the
"-mixer" switch).

that switch was already there but only used for oss. 

reason:
i use a sb-live, and i prefer to control the volume using the "Wave"
alsa-mixer-control.

the patch also contains the modification of the manpage.

with my path i can achieve that easily with "mplayer my.avi -ao alsa9
-mixer Wave"
