[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] CP1250 encoding to GUI and UTF-8 to font.desc

Hello to all.

I have added ability to choose CP1250 subtitle encoding to MPlayer's GUI. All 
across ex Yugoslavia most subtitles are in Windows-1250 format (and there are 
even some old subtitles in JUS_I.B1.002; I would add it too but it cannot be 
used without some larger changes to MP's way of converting subtitles). As 
Linux is gaining popularity here (and I can tell that a computer magazine 
here recently reviewed MPlayer) it will be needed to users here. I have only 
patched english help file though I guess with a patch as simple as this even 
I could do it for other languages if it is needed ;)

Another thing I changed is iso-8859-2 font.desc in such a way that aside from 
regular iso-8859-2 codes it also contains Unicode values. Even though it 
might be unusual, I think that this is good solution for everyone: users 
without iconv can use the font as usual (and even, I guess, with added 
posibility of using UTF-8 subtitles directly) while users with iconv can use 
it as if it is an Unicode font as long as their subtitles have only 
characters that exist in iso-8859-2, which would probably be the case with 
any subtitle in their language. Otherwise, subtitle conversion was unusable 
with these fonts. If you think that this solution is OK I could do the same 
with other font sizes.
