Any volunteers for vo_directfb.c, vo_fbdev.c, vo_gl.c, vo_gl2.c and
vo_yuv4mpeg.c? (probably I can do the latest, but for the others
I don't even have hw support). I will leave vo_x11.c currently as it is,
becouse the window resizing features.
