[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] some icc support patches

Hi,

some days ago a friend asked for help to get MPlayer compiled with icc.
I made some patches, and abandoned the work - as I had no more time.

Here are the two patches attached, the first (configure.icc.diff) is
only for
reference, do not commit it, as it recognizes icc as a valid compiler,
but it
isn't able to compile MPlayer as it is.

The second one (mplayer.c.nongcc.diff) removes and embedded-function
which is a GNU-extension, as told by Arpi (I thought it is a C++
extension).
That code is used for VobSub support, so everyone using vobsubs, please
test it, and report. If it works, I will commit it ASAP.
