[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Check for GNU bindtextdomain().

Here's a rework of a patch I submitted earlier this year, to check
that bindtextdomain(NULL, NULL) does the right thing. I dropped the
check for fprintf() with NULL arguments. Without this, mplayer dumps
core immediately when compiled with i18n on NetBSD 1.6.1 and earlier
(it'll be fixed in NetBSD 2.0).
