[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] let mplayer build with iconv

Here's a patch to let mplayer build with freetype (autodetected,
included with XFree86 4.3.0), but without iconv. Presumably, mplayer
could make use of truetype unicode fonts, but I haven't checked.
