[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] 2-Win Fullscreen new method + fixes for virtual desktop + application changing

Hi,

after some discussion in #mplayerdev here is the new patch.

At least virtual desktops should work now. (Un/MapNotify is catched)

Application switching should work in half ... (FocusNotify is more difficult 
to interpret right)

I of course plan to work on it more, but not _now_ ...

PS: I hope that we can find a reliable method to do it like that, because that 
would enable fullscreen on all WMs.
PPS: There are also yet some "size" bugs, but you should get the general idea.
