[MPlayer-dev-eng] HTTP search segfault

Hi all!

Lot of things are broken since HTTP search patch was applied, like asf  
playlists and stdin seeking.

There are at least 3 patches to fix it:

2 looks like a subset of 1
4 looks like 3 integrated with 1 (with a part of 3 missing)

4 is newer than the others.

These patches are said to fix at least some test cases.

Can somebody knowledgeable please sort out these patches and give a  
singe all-inclusive patch?

Else, if noone complains soon, I'll apply 4 by the end of this week, it  
works for me[TM]
I don't know this code at all, but since it's already broken it can't  
get much worse.
