stdin is seekable forward, read and drop :) This allow forward seeking when
reading from pipe with format like mpeg. However (at least before all these
changes i missed) some other silly stuff prevented it to work correctly
(in dewuxer or cache dunno anymore).

I don't think. At least thise code do what i itended: allow forward
seeking when reading from pipe.
