Both smokers_sofa.mpg and sofa_smokers.mpg work perfectly with -vfm
ffmpeg.  With libmpeg2 smokers_sofa.mpg displays two vertically
compressed images side by side and the lower part of the window gray
when the movie changes; sofa_smokers crashes in decode_video when the
second movie starts.
