Has anybody looked at this patch?

A short summary: The patch applies to current cvs. It changes the 
mpeg-pes-demuxer to test the 0x1BD substream for a a52-stream without 
additional substream-header. To not miss a stream it tests the first 5 
Packets of the 0x1BD substream for an a52-syncword. With this patch one can 
play vdr-files and have a52-sound.
