[MPlayer-dev-eng] VCD and SVCD total playing time

Hi!
I was wandering how to know the total playing time of VCD and SVCD, as 
Mplayer report the duration in "MSF" sectors. Doing a mplayer vcd:// 
-identify it says:

LENGHT=0

According to the VCD and SVCD specification, the leghts of the tracks 
are listed the standart file "vcd/entries.vcd", but they are in msf 
format too.
I was wandering how to convert from "msf" to "total playing time", if 
it's possible.
Ultimately I want to be able to know the total duration of a VCD o SVCD, 
to be able to jump, say, to the 60% of the VCD.
