[MPlayer-dev-eng] A new codec request

I hope that I am at the correct list for codec support requests.  I want to be 
able to use the Camstudio codec as the format that I am encoding from when 
using mencoder.  mplayer-pre7 won't even play the codec due to a crash when 
loading the codec.  I have uploaded the codec to incoming/camstudio and I 
have included the necessary information as well as the source code to the 
DLL.  I hope that everything is in order.  Please let me know if there is 
anything else that I need to do.  I will also be happy to help work on 
getting this codec working if someone will help me.  I have worked with 
mplayer (in Cygwin and MinGW) but I also have mplayer on a *nix box as well.
