Applied without the "premiere" part.
If the "premiere" hack make it works without sse i will apply it
(patching the dll so that the check always succeed is probably safer),
if it's just to avoid the d3d9.dll load failure we can probaly
workaround it in a different way.

Unfortunately in win32.c there is no easy way to find out what dll we're
emulating, so it's not possible to make the change only for fraps.

Can you upload (or mail me) the latest dll? installing frapos on wine
fails for me.
