I hope you talk Italian since you seams to be Italian :P)

For the ml:
It seams that premiere hack avoid d3d9 calls and also make it works
on non-sse boxes. On win32 the dlls works (win32 emu loader is excluded
here), is some way it works even without sse.

Yes "premiere" is an hack but avoid a lot of other hacks :)
