[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] sub_load and sub_remove slave mode commands

Updated patch fixes potential crash when removing the current subtitle.

Also get_time_pos took MP_CMD index 63, so had to kick mine up to 64 and 65.

Could someone please check and apply?
