[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] sub_load and sub_remove slave mode commands

Updated patch per Reimar's suggestions:

sub_load does not do sub_select anymore;

since Reimar's patch makes sub_read_file strdup the file name,
sub_load doesn't do that anymore. So this patch is meant to be
applied after Reimar's sub_read_file one.
