Especially vd should stay as it is now. Very useful to figure out simple
colourspace problems and when MPlayer exceeds hardware limits on
output.

Now, ONE thing which COULD use a cleanup, would be loader/... It's all
printf right now, not mp_msg...

(I was going to make the loadlibrary call more silent since inexperienced
users come cry on IRC 12 times a day that all-codecs package doesn't
have avisynth.dll...)
