[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Optional no-connect for ao_jack

This patch adds an option to the ao_jack plugin, which allows you to
specify that it should only create ports but not connect them to
anything, by using "-ao jack:nc".

This is useful for example when using a persistent patch manager such
as qjackctl to handle port connections, as you don't have to specify
where mplayer should be connected to. Without the nc option it retains
original behaviour, and the help text and manpage are updated to
describe this feature.
