[Mplayer-dvb] Some problem with framerate

anyway, i used q=3 for tv capture and it was good enough. and much faster.

huh?

if you mean transcoding: it ha sno sense. with direct transcoding (changing
just the codes, but not re-encoding stuff) you win't save a single bit.
anyway, mpeg2 uses I,P,B frames wile divx uses just I,P so it's also
impossible. and you won't get the advantages of divx - unrestricted MC and
big GOP sizes.
