[Mplayer-dvb] Some problem with framerate

Hi again!

right! I'm trying to encode in real time, without two-pass encoding (I
can't use the HD... I'm trying to stream tv channels & if I try to put
input in my HD I fill it in 10 minutes). Now I'm trying to use q=5, but
with minor quality I can't have the result I wont too. I think the
problem is that mencoder, encoding from mp2 to mp4, decode the mp2 &
then, & just then, encode the mp4, loosing the likeness from the two
formats, & the optimizations made for the first one.... It could be?!?
Thank's for your fast reply.
Bye,

Roberto.
