[Mplayer-dvb] Some problem with framerate

are you encoding mpeg stream directly from card realtime to divx4+mp3?
i think you should reduce quality settings, even my p4 1.8ghz is slow for
realtime encoding dvd/dvb quality at default (max. quality) settings.

try to encode audio to PCM, and later encode audio with video framecopy.
or reduce video quality, either resize it or set -divx4opts q to lower
value. (see manpage)
