Which mpeg decoder library it is based on?

libmpeg3? -> shit quality
smpeg? -> mpeg1 only, and slow
libmpeg2? -> unstable, but fast and high q
dvdview? -> high quality, but slow, and C++
mtvp sdk? -> nonfree, mpeg1
