[Mplayer-users] Widescreen

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know, that mplayer works on Solaris/Sparc 
also in combination with SDL output (haven't tried that before) and 
with non-standard-X11-resolution. 

Of course I am actually just writing this to let you know that I just watched
"Princess Mononoke" on a SUN/Sony 24" widescreen display, with X-resolution 
1920x1200, the movie was scaled fullscreen to 1920x1004 using SDL (x11 mode). 

So, who need TVout anyway ;-)))
