btw. did you edit MONITORASPECT #define in vo_sdl.c for that purpose? I guess 
otherwise scaling should be wrong when my aspect code works, like expected =).
It's deafult is 4.0/3.0 you can simply measur monitor visible area and 
replaye that term with let's say 45.0/29.5 if that are the width/height of 
your screen as an example.
