	Yes, I've also checked it on XAnim and noticed it's relative
flawlessness. I didn't mean to imply that there might be something wrong
with the file. I think that if there's a problem with my decoder function,
it's that it's too slow. The inefficiency may be slowing down the whole
program. In other words, I'm accepting blame for the situation until I
have ample evidence to the contrary...:)

	I didn't get to do the profiling this weekend. You say you have a
lot of files which exhibit this problem; do you have any with better
lighting? Garak's Plan is frustrating to analyze since it's so dark.
